What happens on my pet's passing?
Give us a call - 01603 755438. We will sympathetically collect your pet at the earliest time convenient to you. We can collect from your home or your vet's practice.
Can I plan for the event?
Yes, in fact we strongly recommend this to ensure that any distress at the difficult time is eased as much as possible. Inform your vet of your wishes, or contact us to discuss your requirements.
Is it expensive?
Much less than you would think. A pet cremation is approximately one tenth the price of a human cremation. If required, we accept credit card payments.
Will my pet be individually cremated?
Yes, all pets are guaranteed to be individually cremated.
Will I get my own pet's ashes?
Yes, because all pets are individually cremated, you are guaranteed to get your own pet's ashes.
Can I witness the event?
Yes, we have an open house policy, you may if you wish attend the cremation, by prior appointment.
We offer a wide and flexible range of services, from an individual cremation for your pet with return of the ashes in a choice of caskets, picture frames or urns, to burial of your pet's ashes in our gardens of remembrance, with a choice of garden plaques and headstones.
You are always welcome to visit the Gardens of Remembrance, all year round during normal office hours which are 9 till 5 Monday - Friday and Saturday mornings by appointment.
